Join food scientist Dr Duncan Gaskin, formerly of the Institute of Food Research for a fascinating interactive talk, where he may misdirect your sense of taste and lift the lid on how we perceive sensation.
Duncan has worked on improving enzymes, cloned genes involved in flavour production and spent many years looking at how some of the nastiest food poisoning bacteria do their thing.
This event takes place in the Laundrama Studio on Rayrigg Road (just across from the Theatre).
