Folk music returns to the Old Laundry with the BBC Radio 2 award-winning trio The Trials of Cato who are dubbed by BBC’s Mark Radcliffe as “one of the real discoveries on the folk circuit in recent times“. Once labelled “the Sex Pistols of folk”, they pay homage to the tradition whilst twisting old bones into something febrile and modern, with stomping tunes and captivating stories.
The Trials of Cato come highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by the Old Laundry Theatre team who have seen them perform elsewhere and are thrilled to have them on the Old Laundry stage. Don’t miss them!
Before the Trials of Cato begin their set, supporting act Anne-Marie Sanderson will play a 20-minute set followed by a brief interlude.
