Assistance Animals
Guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome throughout the theatre and can be taken into the auditorium. Please advise us when making your booking.
Information in Alternative Formats
Large print versions of our brochure and other marketing materials are available. We are also able to create an audio version of our brochure if requested.
Assisted Hearing Facilities in our Auditoriums
We have an hearing induction loop available in the auditorium.
Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair seating is available.
Step Free Access
Our theatre is accessible and step free for wheelchair users and audience members with mobility issues. The Bistro is accessible via a lift.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are available on the lower floor accessible via a lift.
Accessible Parking
You may drop off anyone with mobility problems in our courtyard. Blue badge parking is available at the nearby Rayrigg Room car park at the rear of the theatre building.
