The Box Office is open Monday – Sunday, 12pm – 5.00pm
(7.45pm on the day of a performance) and is situated in the foyer of the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.
Booking charges
As we are a charity, we do charge a small booking fee of £1.50 booking fee per transaction, no matter how many tickets you are buying. This fee means we can provide the best and most convenient ticket booking service both in terms of staffing and investment in new Box Office technology, which in turn supports the work we do.
